Our client is a dynamic and fast-growing company in the financial services sector. They are seeking a Head of Partnerships to develop and manage strategic alliances, drive new business opportunities, and strengthen relationships with key partners to accelerate growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define and implement the global partnership strategy to support business objectives.
  • Design and develop commercial models that maximize partnership value.
  • Identify, prioritize, and align on a targeted list of referral and strategic partners.
  • Lead the identification, negotiation, and formalization of key strategic partnerships.
  • Prepare compelling business cases and drive commercial negotiations to successful outcomes.
  • Track partner performance against KPIs, delivering regular reports and actionable insights to senior leadership.
  • Act as the main point of contact and relationship manager for high-value partners.
  • Collaborate with partners to create and execute go-to-market initiatives, including joint campaigns and product launches.
  • Manage partner documentation, reporting, and contract renewal processes to ensure compliance and continuity.
  • Organize and facilitate networking events for partners and clients to foster engagement and collaboration.

Required Skills and Qualification:

  • 5+ years in a leadership partnerships role within SaaS.
  • Demonstrated experience managing strategic tech / SaaS partnerships.
  • Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
  • Understanding of technical integrations and SaaS platforms.
  • Proactive, creative, and highly motivated approach to achieving results.

The Package:

  • Base salary of £120,000 - £140,000.
  • Up to 50% OTE.
  • Pension.
