Main duties: Part of the customer service team, you will be supporting sales on the Spanish market by developing the range of products acquired by public and private clients.
The role:
– Deal with customers' enquiries via telephone, email and live chat
– Advise new and existing clients on the range of products available
– Maintain and develop customer relationships
– Provide quotations based on customer specifications
– Create new accounts into the system and monitor their activities
