South57 are currently looking for an Out of HoursRecruitment Coordinator to join their dynamic Industrial and Driving Team in Dunstable.
The ideal candidate must have excellent communication and administration skills and be able to work well under pressure.
The day-to-day duties and responsibilities of the successful applicant will include:
Computer Literate in Word and Excel
Strong Administration Skills
Professional Telephone manner
Accurate Data Entry
Sourcing candidates and managing job applications
Interviewing and screening new candidates via telephone and face to face
Full registration of candidates
Checking candidates eligibility and Right to Work
Updating the database system
Supporting the Recruitment Consultants with bookings and account management
Calling clients to check in workers
Working out of hours call on a rota basis
Daily Spec Calls
Daily Sales Calls
Booking and Attending Client Meetings
Working to Sales and Activity Targets
Hours of work: Monday-Friday 1700 – 0800 and alternate Saturdays in the office 1000 – 1500
