Customer Order Administrator
Must have good communication and confident MS Excel skills (be familiar with V look-ups)
Full Time 37.5 hours ( between Monday and Friday)
Hybrid working Available ( all equipment will be supplied)
Wellingborough ( Hybrid working) 2 days office based after induction period.
A great opportunity has arisen for a competent Full time Administrator with great Customer service skills to join this large Engineering Company as a Customer Order Administrator. Initially starting on a 1 year fixed Term contract basis. There may be an opportunity for this to be extended / become a permanent role but initially will be a 1 Year FTC>
What we are looking for someone who
– Can start a 1 Year FTC ASAP, Immediate Availability
– Has Excellent Administration skills
– Can Manipulate Data using MS Excel
– is a confident user of IT systems and the ability to Learn quickly
– is a confident Communicator
– Has great attention to detail
– Patient and able to work under pressure
Duties
– Checking order information on an Excel Document
– Liaising with Internal departments ( Finance and Warehouse)
– Delivery updates
– Raising credit requests and pick notes
– Dealing with credit releases
– General Administration support
