An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced Fluent German International Relocation Specialist to work remotely in the UK.
Main responsibilities:
- Act as main point of contact for assignees from start to finish of their relocation
- Provide advice to assignees and hiring managers throughout the relocation process
- Maintain a full understanding of the client’s relocation policies
- Regularly liaise with internal and external stakeholders
- Handle escalations and exceptions as required
- Maintain regular communication with third party vendors
- Assist with review of global mobility processes, making recommendations for improvement where possible
- Act as subject matter expert on client’s global mobility policies to handle queries
- Compile and review cost estimates, ensuring accuracy
Key Requirements:
- Experience in Relocation, Global Mobility or Expatriate Management preferred
- Fluent English & German is essential
- Proven track record working in a fast-paced customer driven environment
- Excellent communication skills
- Good understanding of global mobility policies and processes
- Strong problem solving skills
- Personal relocation experience preferred however not essential
- Ability to work well independently and as part of a team
