Key Responsibilities
- Analyse and improve reporting processes across internal systems and data sources, translating business needs into clear, actionable insights.
- Support end-users and stakeholders by delivering training, resolving reporting tool queries, and enhancing user experience across data platforms.
- Develop and maintain advanced Excel dashboards to support planning, performance reporting, and strategic decision-making.
Skills & Experience:
- Bring proven experience in analytical or reporting roles, with strong Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, Power Query a plus) and an understanding of financial data.
- Be a confident communicator and collaborator, able to present data-driven insights to both technical and non-technical audiences.
