FMCG Challenger Brand East London

Salary up to £55k dependent on experience + up to 30% Bonus

MKJ Ignite are delighted to be exclusively working with a FMCG challenger brand which is on an exciting journey. The brand is looking to hire a Performance Marketing Manager to drive customer acquisition and business growth. This is a fast moving team, so the right candidate must be able to thrive in a fast pace/entrepreneurial culture.

The right candidate will have extensive experience delivering growth results. You will be able to plan, brief and execute creative testing strategies to deliver high-impact ads. You must have had experience working on Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads. You will also be able to review the role performance media plays in the bigger picture and work collaboratively with the marketing team to achieve this.

What skills do you need to have to be considered?

  • Candidates MUST have 2+ years experience in Meta and Google
  • You MUST have had experience managing campaigns yourself.
  • Able to be both hands on and strategic.
  • Creative mindset.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and data driven.
