As a Residential Support Worker, you will be responsible for supporting the children and young people in all aspects of care. Your role is to provide direct care for children and young people, supporting them to achieve positive outcomes in all aspects of their lives. This post is hugely influential on the lives of vulnerable children who are in care. Residential Support Workers will have a life-changing impact on the quality of their life, safety, and their outcomes.
