Job Title: SEO Manager
Location: West Sussex (Hybrid)
Salary: Up to £50,000 DOE

What You\’ll Do:

• Develop and lead SEO strategies
• Conduct audits, competitor analysis, keyword research, and technical reviews.
• Collaborate with content, UX, and development teams to implement SEO best practices.
• Track performance using analytics and reporting tools (GA4, SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc.).
• Communicate results and recommendations to internal stakeholders and clients.
• Manage and mentor a small team of SEO Executives.

What We\’re Looking For:

• Proven experience in an SEO role within an agency!
• Leadership experience is a must!
• Deep understanding of technical SEO, on-page, and off-page optimisation.
• Confident with tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, Screaming Frog, etc.
• Strong client-facing communication and presentation skills.
• Passion for search innovation and staying ahead of industry trends.
