About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused CRM Sales and Onboarding Specialist to join my client\’s team in Plymouth. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a client-facing environment, has strong communication skills, and is passionate about helping businesses get the most from CRM solutions.
Youllbe responsible for selling their CRM products/services targeted at the renewable energy sector to new clients and ensuring a smooth onboarding experience from first contact through to go-live. This is a dual role combining sales performance with technical and customer success responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities

Sales & Business Development

Identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities related to our CRM offering.

Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients.

Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of prospects using outbound and inbound strategies.

Work closely with marketing to develop targeted campaigns and content.

Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.

Client Onboarding & Support

Serve as the main point of contact during the onboarding process.

Configure and customize CRM systems to meet client needs.

Provide onboarding training sessions (remote or in-person) to client teams.

Gather and act on client feedback to improve onboarding processes.

Liaise with the product/technical teams to resolve client queries.
Required Skills and Experience

Proven experience in CRM sales, onboarding, account management, or a similar client-facing role.

Familiarity with popular CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, Pipedrive, etc.).

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple clients simultaneously.

Ability to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical users.

Confident using video conferencing, CRM tools, and productivity software.
Desirable

Experience working with SMEs and startups.

Understanding of digital marketing and sales funnels.

Previous experience delivering CRM training or workshops.

Technical aptitude or experience with CRM integrations.
