How you\’ll make an impact

This is a hands-on role with strong business partnering exposure and plenty of opportunity to drive change. You\’ll work directly with senior leadership and play a key part in delivering accurate financial reporting, improving systems and processes, and enhancing overall financial control.

• Play a key role in the month-end close process and provide financial insight to the Finance Director and Managing Director
• Produce timely and accurate management accounts, analysis, and cash forecasts
• Maintain robust financial control through ownership of reconciliations and balance sheet integrity
• Support the budgeting process, preparing reports and analysis for Board review and sign-off
• Drive process improvements across finance systems, controls, and reporting
• Provide financial analysis to support key decisions across all business functions
• Liaise with auditors and support the year-end process to ensure timely and accurate reporting
• Partner with teams across the organisation to ensure finance is well-integrated into operational decision-making

• Comfortable in a fast-paced, commercial environment with tight margins and high transaction volumes
• Proven track record in financial analysis and producing reports that inform business decisions
• Experience working in a regulatory environment is a plus

• £45,000 – £50,000 salary
