Bench Hand/Assembler in Leicester

Shift Pattern: 46.40 Hours Weekday Day Shift 06.00 – 18.00 Monday – Thursday
Salary: £14.86 per hour (inclusive of shift allowance)
Location: Bromford Precision Solutions Limited Leicester LE3 1UQ

Opportunity Summary:

We have a vacancy for a Bench Hand/Assembler.

Role Accountabilities:

Proficient at de-burring techniques such as blending and polishing.
Proficient use of air tools and fly presses to include the clocking of fixtures, vices and angle plates.
Proficient use of hand assembly techniques.
Inspection of work using Verniers, Micrometres, Depth Micrometres and Gauges.
Undertake Vibro Etch, Stamping, Inkjet Part Mark and Dot Peening to identity markings for components.

Must have a conscientious and methodical approach to work
Capability to work with hand tools / manual equipment
Working to production timelines in a manufacturing environment.
Working with SOPs and Company specific documentation.
Self-driven, results orientated, with a positive outlook.
Able to get on with others and be a team-player.
Attention to detail and accuracy at all times.
Working to deadlines.
Managing workload effectively, prioritising where necessary.
