You’ll join the current sales team to drive growth with their customer base alongside a team of passionate and like-minded individuals. Playing a crucial role in cultivating relationships with prospective clients, nurturing leads and closing deals you will be the catalyst for new business development.

Over the first three months, you will be enrolled in Furza’s industry leading Sales Academy, tailored specifically to your role. You also will receive an industry recognised Institute of Sales Professionals accreditation throughout the training programme. This robust but rewarding training ensures you’re equipped with the core skills and frameworks to deliver immediate results for your role. Alongside training, Furza will provide ongoing coaching, management, mentoring and support to enable you to reach your full potential.
