Zachary Daniels is proud to be partnering with a market-leading multi-site operator to appoint a Head of Property. With a strong presence across the UK and ambitious plans for growth, our client is looking for a commercially astute and strategically minded property leader to take full ownership of their property portfolio.

The Role:

As Head of Property, you will report directly to the board and play a critical role in driving the evolution of the estate to support long-term business goals. This is a high-impact position where you will lead a team across all aspects of property management, acquisition, lease negotiations, estate optimisation, and strategic planning.

The successful Head of Property will be responsible for overseeing a diverse national estate, driving value through operational efficiency and long-term strategic planning.
