About the Role

As our School Facilities Manager, you will ensure that every part of our site is clean, safe, and welcoming. You will take ownership of daily maintenance, minor repairs, and coordinating with contractors so our school environment reflects the renewed energy of our leadership team.

Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Keeping the site tidy and fully functional day-to-day
  • Conducting minor repairs and maintenance
  • Managing and supervising contractors on site
  • Supporting health and safety compliance, including risk assessments and record-keeping
  • Playing an active role in site security and access control
  • Managing site resources
