As a Functional Consultant CE, you will:
- Implement CE solutions supporting sales, marketing, customer service, and field service to ensure efficient operations.
- Facilitate requirements gathering workshops and collaborate closely with customers.
- Work alongside project teams and clients to deliver solutions.
- Translate business requirements into functional solutions.
- Configure and extend core functionalities using Power Platform components.
- Verify and document solutions to ensure quality.
- Contribute to user training and share knowledge about the Utility sector.
- Help grow our CE capabilities and UMAX product offering.
- Maintain a customer-oriented approach and a willingness to learn about Utilities sector-specific processes.
- Have at least 2 years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 projects.
- Be fluent in English (oral and written).
