We are looking for a Product Manager to support the Execution Product team in EU. In this role, you will be focused on supporting product launches for operator, carrier, and driver experience. You will do this by partnering with the global product and tech teams (engineers, data scientists) to define regional pain points, use cases, and launch needs.

Key job responsibilities

  • Deliver on Execution strategy and roadmap for Amazon Freight.
  • Own and deliver on Execution goals.
  • Conduct analysis, effectively communicate complex findings and recommendations with senior leadership, cross-functional teams, and global stakeholders, foster strong relationships and drive consensus.
  • Design analytical approach, deliver findings using data, visualizations, and effective storytelling techniques.
  • Create new tools and business processes that simplify, standardize, and enable cost reporting.

A day in the life

Every day is different as a PM. You'll work independently and collaboratively on projects, which may be at different stages of the lifecycle, from development to delivery. You might spend your morning gathering data and feedback to assess a pilot, then spend your afternoon discussing a launch plan. You are a problem solver and excel at breaking down complex problems into solvable pieces. You are tech and data savvy, speak with data to come up meaningful insights. You are comfortable working in a startup environment and capable of dealing with ambiguity. You are a confident communicator and can effectively drive consensus within the team.

About the team

Amazon Freight allows both small and large businesses to use Amazon to transport products in bulk across Europe. This is an innovative technology-driven service currently growing rapidly in Europe. We are a technology powered business, and we utilize Amazon's expertise in technology and operations to delight our shippers. Amazon Freight is part of the Amazon Transportation Services organization responsible for many of Amazon's best-in-class logistics and transportation operations.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
  • Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition.
  • Experience with end to end product delivery.
  • Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product.
  • Experience owning technology products.
  • Experience in product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology.
  • Experience in influencing senior leadership through data driven insights.
  • Experience working with the MS Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook), SQL and Python in a professional environment.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Prior Experience in Supply Chain Management and/or start-up environment.
  • Prior experience working in Product Management or Consulting.
  • Experience working across functional teams and senior stakeholders.
