What Youll Be Doing
As our PR & Communications Coordinator, youll help bring our brand to lifeinternally and externally. Youll be responsible for creating and delivering engaging content, supporting PR campaigns, and ensuring our messaging aligns across all channels. Working closely with internal teams and external partners, your work will directly support business growth, employee engagement, and our brand reputation.
Your Key Responsibilities
Public Relations & Media

Keep your finger on the pulse of key business milestones by attending quarterly updates with Regional Directors.

Be the go-to contact for our PR agencycoordinating calls, schedules, and campaigns.

Help bring press releases to life: draft, edit, and liaise with stakeholders for approvals.

Craft quotes, statements, and partner content for media coverage.

Support press events, launches, and broadcast opportunities.

Maintain our media coverage tracker and celebrate wins.
External Communications

Draft web and blog content to boost our digital presence.

Coordinate the creation of brochures, branded materials, and PR collateralInDesign skills a plus!

Write award entries that shine a spotlight on our achievements (and help bring home some trophies).

Organise award submissions, site visits, and presentations for judges.
Internal Communications

Help shape our internal voice: writing content for the intranet, posters, staff magazine, and newsletters.

Support employee engagement initiatives and internal campaigns.
Team Collaboration & Brand Stewardship

Be a creative team player, bringing fresh ideas and energy to every meeting.

Help deliver corporate events and cross-team campaigns.

Act as a brand guardianensuring every communication reflects our values and visual identity.

Pitch in on special projects with the wider communications team.
