This is a unique opportunity to shape and expand a high-potential service line within a highly reputable and collaborative environment.The RoleThis role offers the advantage of working alongside established FS Tax and FS Audit teams, adopting an integrated approach to the market. The successful candidate will work closely with the Heads of Tax and Audit on business development initiatives and client pitches, joining a firm with a strong reputation and an impressive client base within the financial services sector.As Head of Financial Services Outsourcing, the appointed Director will lead a team ranging from trainees to experienced managers. Responsibilities will include driving departmental performance, managing key client relationships, leading business development efforts, and ensuring high-quality delivery of compliance and advisory services.The successful candidate will play a strategic role, working closely with clients to understand their business needs and delivering a bespoke, high-quality service.
