Campaign Manager / Customer Success Manager - Email/Performance Marketing Tech
Up to Β£50k base + 10-15k OTE (maybe some flex for the right candidate)

This tech genuinely helps brands increase online sales! 90% of website traffic is anonymised and brands are unable to engage them meaningfully, this tech allows brands to engage them across channels, winning new customers and retaining existing ones β it's making money for the brands!

The Role
This is a customer success manager role focused on improving customer outcomes, looking at campaign data and coming up with solutions to improve on them. The primary aim is to keep the account by doing a good job with the client. Being the day-to-day go-to person for the account. This role is not commercial, it is not upselling or renewing the accounts.
This role best suits someone with a few years experience as a customer success manager, customer success associate or campaign manager from another performance marketing tech stepping up.
Requirements
- You should come from a similar customer success or campaign manager role from a SaaS performance marketing tech
- You should have a strong knowledge of performance marketing including the key metrics
- You should be able to analyse performance marketing data and be able to spot how to improve said campaigns
- Ideally you will have experience working with retail, ecommerce, fashion or luxury brands
- Can come into the London office x3 days a week
