Validation Officer

This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who enjoys driving effective validation processes and supporting continuous improvement across operations.ResponsibilitiesCompile and execute validation protocols.Conduct equipment qualification and process validation activities.Liaise with internal teams to ensure validation activities are delivered on time.Train and coach production staff on in-process controls and documentation (BMRs, SOPs).Support investigations through effective problem-solving techniques.Contribute to internal and supplier audits.Assist in preparation of quality metrics and reports.Provide QA support across departments to ensure compliance with customer and regulatory requirements.RequirementsMinimum 3 years’ experience in a validation role, ideally within manufacturing.
