Logistics Executive – Global Luxury Fashion Brand – London (Hybrid)** We are currently recruiting for a leading luxury fashion manufacturer, whose brands are recognised around the world. As a company they turnover £100 million in the UK, have offices in a number of countries and employ around 2,000 people. This is working within a fast paced, glamourous industry where they are looking for someone who has logistics/supply chain exposure and keen to get into a hugely progressive business. Role: You will be responsible for – * Pivotal in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of their European business. * Overseeing the accurate and timely receipt of goods across all warehouses. * Closely coordinating with third-party logistics (3PL) providers, resolves any logistics issues, consistently meeting and surpassing both business and customer expectations for service and delivery. * Oversee bookings for consignment deliveries into relevant warehouses. * Process goods received from the factories into all warehouses. * Update logistics reports (Inbound) * Advise the Inbounds Manager and Sales teams of any unforeseen container delays Candidate: The ideal candidate will – * Ideally 1+ years’ experience in logistics or supply chain * Excellent problem-solving skills * Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders * Must be organised, self-motivated and strong attention to detail * Good Excel skills * Strong communication skills, “can-do” approach and self-motivated * Any experience using ERP systems such as SAP would be beneficial but not essential Package: * Basic Salary £30,000 * Bonus 5% * Healthcare plan * 25 days holiday + bank holidays * Pension * Brand discounts * Plus, a number of corporate benefits * Flexible working – 2 days a week from home This is a great chance to join a market leading brand who can offer huge career potential and training in a vibrant team.
