As a Product Owner , you\’ll bring demonstrable knowledge, skills and experience in the field of product ownership, well-developed stakeholder management skills and first-class communication. You will be commercially savvy with the ability to plan, design and build a product roadmap that delivers significant ROI and have a good understanding of developing trends in healthcare related digital experience.
This exciting new role will contribute to our purpose to build a healthier nation through ownership of Nuffield Health\’s products. You will create a product vision, product roadmap, size benefits and prioritise initiatives.
As our Product Owner, you will:

Establish a vision for the product and collaboratively develop a backlog for it with clearly documented user stories and expected benefits in terms of beneficiary and organisational value.

As Product Manager for our Secondary Care Squad, you\’ll lead the strategy and delivery of our EPR, PAS, and other critical secondary care applications that support the hospital\’s operations and patient care

Complete regular review sessions with the team and prioritise the product backlog.

Maintain three sprints worth of work that is \”ready for delivery\” at the top of the backlog at all times.

Explain the strategic importance and specific business/customer objectives of each item on the backlog to the squad.

Encourage and collaborate with the team to ensure they are self-generating stories that deliver value for the backlog.

Maintain strong market knowledge of existing products and new developments.
