HR Manager - Maternity Cover in Croydon, Surrey

Exciting HR Manager interim opportunity in a really interesting growing data-led healthcare and pharma services solutions company, where the people agenda is pivotal to the success of the business.

This HR Manager role is generalist in nature and will cover the whole HR remit, but it will require the incumbent to drive and manage some meaty HR activities too ie grading, harmonisation of terms and conditions (handbook and contracts) and introducing some work around reward and recognition – as well as the business as usual!

Candidates grad/ grad calibre will have significant HR generalist experience, including employee relations, resourcing, payroll, employee benefits and HR experience appertaining to the aforementioned projects. Preferably gained in either the NHS or best practice environments.

The personal skillset for this role is exemplary interpersonal/ communication skills, good judgement and decision making ability, and the necessary gravitas to hit the ground running.
