Our Requirements | Your Experience This is a fantastic opportunity for a like-minded solicitor to join a successful law firm with state-of-the-art technology and IT solutions and a modern business approach. Please note that this is a full-time role, working from our office and NOT remote/ hybrid, 5 days a week. Requirements: · Family Solicitor at least 5 years PQE · Highly technically competent in family law · You will have broad post-qualification experience in family law, specifically dealing with divorce and family finance and Children Act work, and manage your own full caseload · You will possess a passion for working in family law · You will hold a current clean SRA practising certificate · You will have a good LPC pass or equivalent Preferred: You will have advocacy experience or express a desire to undertake advocacy at least at an interlocutory and pre-trial application level. You will be responsible for your own time management and be able to work independently.
