To support their next phase of growth, they are seeking an experienced NPD Manager to join their UK Food & Beverage team on a 12-month fixed term contract. This is a hybrid role, with 3 days based at their London HQ.
The Role
In this dynamic role, you’ll lead the development and delivery of new products across your assigned food & drink categories, managing the process from concept through to in-store launch. You’ll use customer insight and data to identify emerging trends and drive innovation, while collaborating closely with commercial, finance, marketing, and operations to optimise category performance and support the wider F&B plan. Building and maintaining strong supplier relationships will be key as you work to meet quality and commercial targets. You’ll also deliver engaging food presentations to a range of stakeholders, ensuring ideas are clearly communicated and well received across the business.
The Person
You’ll be an experienced Development Manager with a background in food manufacturing, and ideally QSR or retail. Pairing this with a degree in Food Science, or a related field is essential. A proven track record of implementing future NPD strategies. You’ll be a confident communicator, able to build relationships at pace and influence stakeholders at all levels. A proactive mindset, adaptable style, and eye for emerging trends will help you thrive in this fast-paced, collaborative role.
