To support their next phase of growth, they are seeking an experienced NPD Manager to join their UK Food & Beverage team on a 12-month fixed term contract. This role is based at their London HQ, 3 days a week.
The Role
In this dynamic role, you’ll lead the development and delivery of new products across your assigned food & drink categories, managing the process from concept through to in-store launch. You’ll use customer insight and data to drive innovation, while collaborating closely with commercial, finance, marketing, and operations to optimise category performance and support the wider F&B plan. Strong supplier relationships will be key as you work to meet quality and commercial targets. You’ll also deliver engaging food presentations to a range of stakeholders, ensuring ideas are clearly communicated and well received across the business.
The Person
You’ll be an experienced Development Manager with a background in food manufacturing, retail, or food service, and hold a degree in Food Science, Nutrition, or a related field. You should be a confident communicator, able to build relationships at pace and influence stakeholders at all levels. A proactive mindset, adaptable style, and eye for emerging trends will help you thrive in this fast-paced, collaborative role.
