Location: Northampton, NN6 8BE
This is a temporary ongoing assignment due to increased workload over the summer period. Manpower are looking for Soft Landscape Operatives to work for our client based out of Northampton. Working within a busy Soft Landscaping team across construction sites and potentially new builds. This role will involve planting, turfing, flower beds, living walls and hedges. Working in line with all company Health and Safety policy documents and procedures. In this role you will be using Rotovators, Rollers, Strimmers and other small plant machinery. You will need to ensure a safe working environment is always maintained and carry out day to day maintenance and safety checks on all equipment.
The training offered includes on-the-job training and standard induction for best practice.
To succeed, you will need:
- Hold a full valid UK Driving License
- Hold a valid CSCS card
- Previous soft landscaping / new build show homes landscaping experience
- Digger / excavator card would be an advantage
- Experience of performance management
