With a school population of just 20 students, we focus on providing tailored, one-to-one support to help each child overcome obstacles and achieve their potential. The Role: We are seeking a compassionate and resilient Key Stage 4 Teaching Assistant to join our dedicated team. This role involves working closely with individual students, supporting their learning and personal development, and creating a positive atmosphere that encourages academic and personal growth. Key Responsibilities: Provide one-to-one support to Key Stage 4 students, assisting them in a variety of subjects.
