Gillespie Recruitment is thrilled to partner with a leading automotive retailer, operating a number of motor retail brands as well as companies in the fleet management and parts distribution spaces. As part of their expansion, they’re recruiting an IT Support to join their dynamic team!
Key Responsibilities:- Provide friendly and efficient customer service to all users, helping them with common technical issues.
- Offer first-line technical support for basic IT-related issues, escalating more complex problems to senior team members.
- Conduct troubleshooting and issue triage for common technical problems, following established procedures to resolve them.
- Escalate unresolved issues to appropriate team members in a clear and concise manner.
- Follow standard procedures for routine tasks, such as profile provisioning and deprovisioning, and provide assistance wherever needed.
- Basic knowledge of IT systems, or a willingness to learn on the job.
- Effective research skills to investigate and resolve unfamiliar issues.
- Working knowledge of the Windows operating system.
