£35K to £50K Basic + benefitsEdinburghOne of the UK’s most progressive IT companies is expanding at pace and looking to grow their high-performing bid team.This is an excellent opportunity to join a thriving business, where you’ll play a key role in supporting the UK-wide sales team to retain valued clients and win new business across both commercial and public sector frameworks.What you\’ll be doing:You’ll be responsible for managing and supporting a wide range of bids, from smaller commercial opportunities to complex public sector tenders, working closely with internal stakeholders across sales, pre-sales, and technical teams.Key responsibilities include:· Managing the end-to-end bid process, from qualification through to submission· Coordinating inputs from various stakeholders to ensure timely and compliant submissions· Crafting compelling and tailored written responses that clearly articulate their value proposition· Create, develop and maintain bid libraries and supporting documentation· Monitoring public sector portals for relevant opportunities· Supporting the wider team with framework registrations and renewals· Collaborating across teams to ensure consistency and quality in all proposalsWhat we’re looking for:· Proven experience in bid management or coordination, ideally gained within an IT vendor or reseller· A natural communicator and relationship-builder who thrives in a collaborative environment· Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail· Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple deadlines· Familiarity with public sector procurement processes and portals (e.g. CCS, G-Cloud) is a plus· Someone who brings energy, initiative, and a positive, team-first attitudeWhy join?This is a dynamic, forward-thinking business that values its people and is investing in long-term growth.
