Pertemps are currently on behalf of our Client for an experienced FLM to join their growing warehouse team. The position is based in Stafford ST18. Reporting into Shift Manager. Rotating Days or Nights available.

As a FLM you will:
- Support the Shift Manager to achieve an efficient and effective operation, meeting goals and objectives.
- Work for continuous improvement in line with H&S guidelines and site procedures and processes.
- Plan, manage and adjust staffing levels to meet operational requirements.
- Direct the daily activity to ensure a safe, secure, clean and fair work environment for team members.
- Facilitate effective communication and relationships both inter shift and other departmental functions.
- Reduce costs by effective management of hours and work at all times.
- Personal hygiene and appearance to be maintained at a professional and acceptable standard at all times.
- Ensure effective control of MHE usage to ensure minimal damage providing evidence of spot checks.
- Ensure compliance to Standard Operating Procedures (SOP's) in ecommerce.
