Join a leading manufacturer. We're seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Warehouse Operative to support our end-to-end warehousing operations - from Goods In to Goods Out. You'll play a key role in stock control, order fulfilment, and maintaining high standards in hygiene, safety, and compliance.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Receive, inspect, and store goods from suppliers
- Operate forklift trucks (counterbalance & reach) safely and efficiently
- Manage internal stock transfers and prepare materials for production
- Pick, pack, and dispatch sales orders to internal and external customers
- Handle goods-in/goods-out documentation, sampling, and labelling
- Ensure adherence to hygiene standards and warehouse quality protocols
- Collaborate with logistics, customer service, and purchasing teams
What We're Looking For:
- Previous experience in a warehouse environment (ideally food or pharma)
- Forklift licence (counterbalance & reach) - essential
- Comfortable using computerised stock systems (e.g., Unity)
- Good communication and organisational skills
- Attention to detail and high levels of accuracy
- Basic knowledge of food hygiene and manual handling
- ADR awareness, IATA qualification, or COMAH training - desirable
