Join a leading manufacturer. We're seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Warehouse Operative to support our end-to-end warehousing operations - from Goods In to Goods Out. You'll play a key role in stock control, order fulfilment, and maintaining high standards in hygiene, safety, and compliance.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Receive, inspect, and store goods from suppliers
  • Operate forklift trucks (counterbalance & reach) safely and efficiently
  • Manage internal stock transfers and prepare materials for production
  • Pick, pack, and dispatch sales orders to internal and external customers
  • Handle goods-in/goods-out documentation, sampling, and labelling
  • Ensure adherence to hygiene standards and warehouse quality protocols
  • Collaborate with logistics, customer service, and purchasing teams

What We're Looking For:

  • Previous experience in a warehouse environment (ideally food or pharma)
  • Forklift licence (counterbalance & reach) - essential
  • Comfortable using computerised stock systems (e.g., Unity)
  • Good communication and organisational skills
  • Attention to detail and high levels of accuracy
  • Basic knowledge of food hygiene and manual handling
  • ADR awareness, IATA qualification, or COMAH training - desirable
