A leading UK law firm is seeking a proactive and adaptable Legal Secretary & Workflow Coordinator to support its dynamic Corporate practice. This full-time role offers a hybrid working model, with office presence in Central London.
Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive secretarial and administrative support to 5-7 Associates in the Corporate team.
- Manage diaries, coordinate meetings, and oversee inboxes during absences.
- Prepare, edit, and proofread legal documents, ensuring adherence to house style.
- Collaborate with and organise workflow for 3 EAs and 2 PAs to ensure seamless operations.
- Coordinate billing and compliance processes, including generating bills and managing expense claims.
- Act as a professional point of contact, managing telephone calls and messages.
Ideal Candidate:
- Proven experience in a legal secretarial and coordinator role, preferably within a corporate environment.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office and a typing speed of at least 60 wpm.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
