A leading global alternative asset management firm with over €50 billion in AUM is seeking to expand its presence in the UK. The firm operates across multiple asset classes.As part of its strategic growth in Europe, the firm is looking to reinforce its Sales team by hiring an experienced professional to lead its Wholesale & Wealth efforts in the UK market.Key Responsibilities:Lead the Wholesale distribution strategy within the UKPromote the firm’s investment products to a broad investor baseCultivate and develop lasting partnerships with existing and new clientsDrive revenue growth through effective sales and relationship managementDevelop a deep understanding of the firm’s investment strategies across asset classesEnhance the visibility and reputation of the firm’s brand in the marketCollaborate closely with internal investment and cross-functional teamsEnsure adherence to compliance protocols, including KYC and data protection standardsMaintain active engagement with European-based colleagues and sales teamsPossess strong knowledge of the private banking distribution channelRequirements:Master’s degree or equivalent from a business school or university10 to 15 years of relevant experience in asset management salesSolid expertise in credit and equity productsProven track record working with distribution partnersStrong sense of autonomy and adaptabilityComfortable operating in a fast-paced, international environment
