Hybrid - 2 days per week in the office

Our Insurance client is seeking a Cyber Security Training & Awareness Manager to join them on a 9-month contract. As part of the CISO team, you will reduce cyber security, privacy and operational resilience risk by leading their Training and Awareness program that is driving a Security First culture across the organisation.

Accountabilities:

  • Lead the CISO Academy and CISO Champions programme to deliver cyber security, operational resilience & data privacy awareness campaigns to drive a security first culture across the organisation.
  • Ensure the security training and awareness program meets all industry regulations, standards, and compliance requirements.
  • Manage communication to ensure that all employees are aware of and understand the organisation's CISO policies and procedures.
  • Support phishing simulation tests and other security exercises to test and improve employee awareness and response.
  • Manage up-to-date security threats, trends, and best practices, and continuously improve training materials and methods.
  • Develop metrics to measure the effectiveness of training and awareness to report on progress to stakeholders.
