In this role you will be working on the production line, assisting with making metal car parts. Shift Patterns: Dayshift: * Monday – Thursday = 06:45 – 15:03 * Friday = 06:45 – 14:13 Lateshift: * Monday – Thursday = 16:20 – 00:38 * Friday = 15:00 – 23:18 Full time & Permanent position 24-month fixed term contract: You will be offered a 24-month Fixed Term Contract after completion of a 2-week training programme and 1-week line trail. Your employment is guaranteed for this period giving you job security and peace of mind. No zero-hour contracts: The company currently operates on a 2-shift pattern with a basic 39 hours working week plus overtime. Long Term Career: Our client has promoted 100s of employees who started as agency workers to Team Leaders, Supervisors and above.
