This includes coordinating casual staff and volunteers, supporting visiting performers and hirers, and overseeing public access to ensure the smooth, safe, and customer-friendly delivery of our services.The Duty Officer will also act as the responsible person for the building during their shift, ensuring the safety and security of The Beacon, its users, and its resources, and responding to any incidents or operational issues as they arise.The Beacon runs events throughout the year, including evenings and weekends.
