Kenect Recruitment are working with our Walsall based client specialising in Civil Engineering. We are seeking dedicated and hardworking Labourers to join the team. The ideal candidates will be responsible for supporting various construction and maintenance projects within the electrical engineering sector. This role requires a strong work ethic, physical stamina, and the ability to work well within a team environment. Duties Assist in the loading and unloading of materials and equipment. Assisting with driving company vehicle to various sites throughout the UK Perform site duties, pulling electrical cables and site clean-up to maintain a safe and organised work environment. Operate basic hand tools, power tools and lifting equipment as required for site specific tasks. Follow instructions from supervisors to complete assigned tasks effectively. Adhere to all health and safety regulations to ensure personal and team safety on site.Qualifications Previous experience in a labouring or construction role is advantageous but not essential. CSCS Card preferred, however training can be given Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting heavy objects (up to 25 kg). Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship. Good communication skills and the ability to follow instructions accurately. A valid driver’s licence Willingness to learn new skills and take on additional responsibilities as required.This position offers an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to develop their skills in Civil Engineering, as continuous training and genuine career development opportunities are available.
