What You’ll Be Doing:
- Assist in preparing suitability reports, top-up letters and withdrawal documentation
- Conduct research across pensions, investments and protection plans
- Prepare files for client meetings, attend reviews and follow up on action points
- Ensure all documentation meets compliance standards
- Handle client communication and support adviser diary management
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience in financial planning or wealth management administration
- Progress toward the Level 4 Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning
- Good understanding of Microsoft Office; knowledge of financial software is a bonus
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Excellent attention to detail and a team-focused attitude
