What you’ll do: Being a R&D Manager, Coffee Development is about so much more than bringing our coffee to the world. It’s your chance to stir up real success – which means you’ll be:

• Leading global coffee product development, shaping our innovation pipeline
• Driving quality and consistency across our served and unserved beverage platforms
• Collaborating with suppliers, marketing, and commercial teams to create world-class products
• Championing cost optimisation and continuous improvement across product lines
• Acting as our coffee subject matter expert, inspiring a culture of coffee excellence globally

Who you are: It’s your unique ingredients we’re interested in:

• An expert in coffee production, roasting, and FMCG product development (essential experience required in green coffee origins & their various grades, conducting sensory evaluations and cupping sessions to assess coffee quality, coffee roasting & roasted coffee production, coffee production packaging machinery, brewing techniques and industry techniques and standards)
• A visionary with a track record of launching innovative coffee products
• A strategic leader with strong project management and governance skills
• A global collaborator with deep industry knowledge and consumer insight
• A mentor passionate about driving a world-class coffee culture
