Description
- Contact customers via telephone to discuss outstanding accounts and payment plans.
- Provide accurate information on account balances and payment schedules.
- Negotiate repayment terms in a professional and empathetic manner.
- Record all interactions and agreements in the system accurately.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and company policies.
- Liaise with internal teams to resolve customer queries effectively.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive customer data responsibly.
- Contribute to team targets and individual performance goals.
Profile
A successful Financial Customer Service Advisor should have:
