A leading Scottish law firm is seeking talented dispute resolution Solicitors to join its expanding Litigation team based in Edinburgh. This opportunity is open to Solicitors at all experience levels - from NQ to experienced lawyers, who wish to work on high-profile commercial and public sector disputes across Scotland.

About the Role

  • Join one of Scotland’s largest and most highly regarded Litigation teams
  • Work on a broad range of commercial and public sector disputes, including complex cases in the Court of Session, Sheriff Court and Supreme Court appeals
  • Focus primarily on public sector litigation involving advising on legislation, statutory interpretation and the powers and duties of public bodies
  • Represent clients in Judicial Reviews, Appeals and public inquiries
  • Manage a varied and challenging workload with tight court deadlines

Candidate Profile:

  • Solicitors from 6 years + with an interest in dispute resolution and public law
  • Client-focused self-starters who are organised, detail-oriented and able to prioritise effectively
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
