Doing the day to day running of an optical practice
Ensuring that customer service is at the top of your agenda
Target setting, monitoring and driving the business forward
Staff training and keeping the team motivated and engaged
Administration responsibilities and compliance
Optical experience and previous experience in leadership roles
Excellent communication skills and self-motivated
Confident, friendly and organised
