We are currently recruiting for a leading IT Consultancy for the role of Consulting Manager – Intelligent Process Automation (IPA). Responsibilities:

  • Lead the delivery of complex Intelligent Process Automation (IPA) initiatives, ensuring strategic alignment with client goals and consistently delivering high-quality results.
  • Architect, deploy, and refine intelligent automation solutions, including RPA, AI, and workflow technologies, to drive operational excellence and innovation.
  • Collaborate with clients to shape and execute transformative operations consulting projects, unlocking efficiency gains, reducing costs, and delivering sustainable business impact.

Key Skills and Requirements:

  • Experience in Digital Transformation and Digital Process optimisation roles within the commercial sector.
  • Proven success in implementing digital transformation, Omni-Channel, and automation programmes, ideally within the Life Sciences Industry.
  • Familiarity with enterprise-wide deployments of process excellence and delivery methodologies such as Lean Six Sigma, Agile, DevOps, and SAFe.
  • Experience leading AI and Gen-AI initiatives as a Business Analyst or Project Manager.
