Location: London (Hybrid- 2 days in office)

Salary: £100-£125k+ bonus

A leading media and creative agency group is seeking a forward-thinking Commercial Director to lead commercial strategy, drive new business growth, and build out a high-performing revenue engine across both agency services and strategic partnerships. This is a rare opportunity to join a values-led, socially-driven business with a unique commercial model that brings together influencer marketing, content creation, and partnerships at scale. The ideal candidate will be as comfortable in the weeds of building out go-to-market strategy as they are in the boardroom pitching to senior stakeholders.

You’ll be responsible for leading and growing the sales and marketing function, identifying new revenue opportunities, and driving commercial performance across two core verticals: social/influencer agency services and strategic brand partnerships. This is a senior and hands-on role that requires a deep grounding in social media – not just in terms of platform knowledge, but a strategic understanding of how social plays into broader brand and marketing objectives. You’ll have a track record of scaling commercial teams, developing product-market fit, and building pitch-winning strategies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the end-to-end commercial strategy across both agency and partnership streams
  • Support product development and GTM strategy – defining what is sold, to whom, and how
  • Work closely with leadership to hit ambitious recurring revenue goals
  • Build and manage a high-performing, cross-functional sales/strategy/marketing team
  • Develop and drive new business pipelines to support growth objectives
  • Partner with marketing to shape go-to-market strategy and campaign narratives
  • Identify and evolve revenue streams across two core areas: Influencer and social-first agency services and Strategic brand partnerships
  • Represent the company at a senior level in client meetings and industry engagements
