The Property Management team proactively manages the delivery of top-tier property and workplace operations, aiming to enhance staff workplace satisfaction. We are responsible for all property management-related soft service delivery, issue resolution, and related tasks in the sub-region.
As the UK Property Management Head – Global Real Estate – Vice President within the Global Real Estate department, you will oversee property management vendor partners within SLAs and KPIs, ensuring program objectives are met within the UK sub-region.
Job responsibilities- Manage property management vendor partners within agreed SLAs and KPIs, ensuring performance aligns with expectations.
- Oversee daily programs supporting sustainability, including waste recycling and utility monitoring.
- Coordinate with engineering teams for effective hand-over of new facilities from Design & Construction to property management and engineering teams.
- Develop and maintain strong internal client relationships with key stakeholders such as Technology, Security, Resiliency, Risk, and Compliance.
- Support Fire Life Safety (FLS) and Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) initiatives within the sub-region.
- Manage property platform to execute Moves, Adds, and Changes (MAC) efficiently and cost-effectively.
- Champion repairs and maintenance of facilities in partnership with engineering teams.
- Support budget development and manage expenses within allocated budgets.
- Oversee processes to ensure compliance with JPMorgan Chase policies and regulations.
- Coordinate with D&C PMO for timely and cost-effective service delivery.
- Collaborate with sourcing teams to maintain strategic vendor partnerships aligned with objectives, SLAs, and KPIs.
- Extensive management and leadership experience in corporate real estate, property management services, and flexible office markets.
