Randstad CPE UK Property Services Team is seeking a dedicated and qualified individual to join our Reactive Maintenance Division in Liverpool area. This is an excellent opportunity to make a tangible difference in the community, ensuring safe and well-maintained electrical systems in residential properties.
Package:
- Competitive salary of up to £36,000 pa.
- Company van and fuel card.
- 22 days annual leave (increasing to 27 days after 1 year).

Responsibilities:
- Routine maintenance and servicing of electrical systems and appliances.
- Fault finding and rectification.
- Ensuring compliance with current electrical regulations.
- Replacing sockets and fittings.
- Replacing consumer units.
- Domestic rewiring in both occupied and empty properties.
Required Qualifications:
- 3+ years of electrical experience.
- City & Guilds 2391 Electrical Testing.
- 18th Edition Wiring Regulations.
- Level 3 NVQ in Electrical Installation.
- Experience with EICR testing in social and private housing.
