We are seeking warehouse operatives/FLT drivers with a valid counterbalance license to join our team at a new, modern warehouse in the Rugby area. The role offers a choice of AM shifts from 6am to 2pm or PM shifts from 2pm to 10pm, Tuesday to Saturday, with the potential to move to 5 days out of 7 in the future. Pay rates: – AM shift: £12.38/hour – PM shift: £12.72/hour – Overtime is paid at time and a half after 37.5 hours. – A £150 bonus is paid monthly to all FLT drivers.
