Now, we’re looking for a Senior Product Manager to lead one (of three) of our Global teams. You’ll be part of a core group dedicated to driving value at the heart of the Swap platform. If you’re obsessed with building smart, customer centric solutions that unlock velocity across the board, this role is your playground.
You’ll thrive in this role if:
- You’ve got 8+ years of product experience, ideally spanning platform-level thinking and merchant-centric product work.
- You’ve worked in ecommerce, whether DTC, marketplace, SaaS, or tooling—bonus points if you’ve built within or around the Shopify ecosystem.
- You bring both systems thinking and a user lens—you want the platform to be elegant under the hood and feel seamless on the surface.
- You’ve had experience working in a fast-paced startup before.
- Have experience working closely and collaboratively in multi-functional teams; product design, data science, QA, engineering etc.
Bonus if you:
- Have worked at Shopify or built products in the Shopify ecosystem.
- Understand reverse logistics, international returns, or the complexities of refunding duties and taxes.
- Have worked on tax, shipping, or cross-border checkout experiences and know where things usually break (and how to fix them).
Nice-to-Haves:
- Experience with Shopify or similar e-commerce platforms.
- Exposure to predictive modelling, forecasting, or ML-enabled analytics.
- Background in analytics, statistics, or data science (or the ability to spar intelligently with those who do).
