We are currently looking for an energetic, friendly and positive Stockroom Assistant, who is comfortable lifting boxes and maintaining general stockroom upkeep. As a Stockroom Assistant at Girl In Mind, you are integral in ensuring the smooth running of the back of the house. The role is to ensure that all orders are processed on time and efficiently as well as deliver excellent customer service. Please note there is room for future progression within the company.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage and process online orders
- Deal with requests and orders swiftly and efficiently to maximize customer experience.
- Respond to general customer inquiries and complaints received in person, by phone, or by email – report to Manager.
- Ensure stock control is carried out regularly and efficiently, including notifying management of low stock levels.
- Assisting with shipments, lifting boxes, and ensuring all the products are placed in the correct locations
- Maintenance of the stockrooms and back-of-house areas
- A confident, highly motivated, outgoing individual
- Comfortable with heavy lifting and general stockroom duties
- Great attention to detail with a strong track record of punctuality prioritization
- A keen passion for our brand and enthusiasm for our product
- An interest in fashion with the ability to provide an outstanding level of customer service
- Experience with Microsoft Office packages
- Experience in a similar role (Preferred but not essential)

- Full-Time Monday - Friday
